This historic milestone makes Daniel the first Gibraltar lawyer to hold the KC title in both Gibraltar and England & Wales—a distinction awarded to legal professionals who demonstrate exceptional advocacy skills and expertise.
With a distinguished career spanning England and Wales, Gibraltar and other overseas jurisdictions such as the Bahamas, Daniel has built a diverse and highly regarded practice since beginning his legal career in the United Kingdom in 1994. His appointment as KC follows his 2016 designation as QC in Gibraltar, recognizing his professional integrity and significant contributions to Gibraltar’s legal landscape.
As Managing Partner of Madison Legal, Daniel provides strategic leadership and expert legal counsel across a broad range of practice areas, including insolvency, financial services disputes, commercial litigation, regulatory matters and complex cross-jurisdictional disputes.
